Growing Up.

This week we have learnt to sit up.
It feels like such an achievement for him. Its so lovely to play with him while he can also join in with too.

Also this week we have gained a bottom tooth coming through the gums.
It doesn't feel right that we have a baby boy growing into a big boy.
We can sit there and play games and we can talk and point out things when we are together now we have a beautiful lilun that is more aware of the world now.
He keeps his head up and he giggles at everything and whenever he sees someone that pays attention to him, he gives them a beaming smile back.
It's so beautiful to put him down after a cuddle, and sit him up and him stay there:).
I can't wait for all of his teeth to come through now, every bite is going to hurt, but every smile is going to be beautiful.

Summer.

We had a lovely couple of days being hot.
From being in England this is an achievement. It was such a gorgeous couple of days.
I did both, the front and back garden, cut all the grass, did the weeding, sorted out all dead plants and trees. It looked so lovely and all fresh for summer.
We put the travel cot up for little sir and he had a little move, roll, scream, laugh and play in the sunshine too.

When the sun is out I feel so free and its lovely to share it with someone so little and so gorgeous.
We had a lovely little picnic out on the blanket which consisted of me having a sandwich and harry playing with ybe crisp packet, but the thought was there.
Whats everyone else been up to now the weather is changing??

Summer is coming

We have beautiful weather today.we have gone to work with the bloke today and we are enjoying it so far as we have a few looks and brilliant views as most deliveries are too the harbour or sea front. We took bambino for a little walk before setting off for the day and it made him fall asleep almost instantly which is probably the first time ever that has happenned.

our next few plans are to do our garden and make it look pretty, decent and attractive, as we do have a christening very soon for lilun and its coming around fast.
We are having everyone back to ours after the church service and its rather worrying about what I have forgotten and what we still need to do for this day ahead, but tonight us the plan for the garden:-)

Thankyou for following and reading my blog x

The quiet days.

You know. Those days. You just dont know what to do. What to say. You want to do everything. You want to do nothing.
I had one of those days today. Its a weird feeling when all you want to do is just sit there and enjoy watching your life go by. Its not as if its depression its as if everything is going so quickly and all I want to do is hold on to it tightly.
My beautiful bambino started sitting up properly on his own today, still a bit shaky and can't balance that well but so close to doing it and he is only 6 months old, in a way it makes me happy to know we are bringing him up and he is learning everything from us.
I love spending time with my boys but its nice for one and one time together so once lilun is in bed we have our mummy and daddy time.
It almost feels like we're 20 year Olds again and its quite nice and all the memories come back from previous years.
I do miss the old times, but I wouldn't change these times for the world.
Bit of a weird blog today but its what I'm feeling today and it helps to write it down sometimes just so its not in my mind on my own xx

SunShine:D

The bloke has had a week off of work this week. It's been so lovely spending time together as a family.

We have done a lot of things together, going to the park, going for walks, we went to Folkstone for a couple of days, we had a huge spring clean in the house, we bought some new fish and we had a beautiful week together. All because of the beautiful thing that England seemed to be without until this week - sunshine.

It is so amazing how one thing makes everybody so happy, enjoy everything so much more, bring out the best in people...just because the sun is out and therefore everybody gets a lot of fresh air.

We bought Harry a little paddling pool this week as well; for him to play with when it gets warmer...for now, we have filled it with balls. We blew it up, we put the balls in it, while the lilun slept...the daddy had a little play in it.

It'll be horrible to see him go back to work on Monday, but it has been a beautiful week, and I hope the sunshine is here to stay. :D

The Swimming Adventure

Well, we did it. We finally took him swimming.
Okay, it was in a spa. It was to maybe try and help my back (bad back since giving birth.ouch,..). But, he loved it!
It was bigger than a bath but smaller than a pool, but to him it was probably just like a swimming pool!
We had splashing, we had giggles, we had laughing, we didnt have one groan or one tear.
Gone are the days where he cried whenever he was put in water!! He loves it & is now our water boy:D
The photo's are bad of me, but i'll let the pictures do the talking now :D.

He does take rather beautiful pictures, he never used to be very photogenic; but he seems to have taken to the lime light rather well :) x

Our First Family Photo.

We had a photo shoot done in February for our first family shoot.
We won it by going into Tesco, and putting our names down...apparently it was in our favour as we had a baby as well as just being newly married too; so it was a good reason to get a free photo shoot from them.

We had an hour session there, we had photo's of me and the man, the man and the boy, me and the boyand then the ones of us three as a family.

Going to have a look at the pictures proved to be difficult to chose those special ones. Because we had a family shoot we decided we'd have a family picture framed for us to have at home on display.

My Beautiful Bambino

The amount of names we have come up with since having Harry, I think some people must think we've forgotten his name!
He has been Harryboo, Chub Chub, Buddah, Harrykins, Bubbsadoodle..the list continues...
After going to BHS today we came across a beautiful range of babies clothes and their range was called "Bambini". It stole my heart & ever since we've spoken to him as being known as our beautiful bambino.

We found some shoes in this range, in which I have fallen in love with..
& I'm hoping there still going to fit him in 2 months time for his Christening, as they are perfect for what we were hoping for.
All we have to do now, is find an outfit to go with it; as the outfit we had our eyes set on doesn't seem to be getting in stock and time soon and we only have 8 weeks to go...:/

Does anybody suggest anywhere that does lovely Christening oufits or suits for liluns that will go with these shoes??:)

thank you all for following :)  x x x

Easter

My next door neighbour's neices came down for Easter last weekend. I'd never met them, but I had heard so much about them. They used to know the old man that used to live here before we moved in, and they all used to come and see him when they were down.
When they came down, they were amazed at how different it looked; living here everyday we don't really see an improvement, but from the green walls in the hallway, the wallpaper, the green sofa, the yellow kitchen, the red dining room and the green carpets throughout - to the cream hallway, the magnolia dining room, the white kitchen, the lilac lounge and the grey carpets throughout we forget how much we did in the short 4 months we lived here before lil man joined us.
It was lovely to see their faces when they met chub chub and it was so lovely to meet them finally.
Jasmine is 4 and Emily is 7, they were such lovely little girls and Harry adored them. Whenever we had a spare 5 minutes we popped over next door to see them or we got them over here. It was so lovely and it was surprising how quick 3 days went of seeing them. It'll be lovely in the summer when they come down for a whole week to be able to do bits with them.

As they are the eldest children I have been around, (I'm the youngest of my family & the eldest of my in laws is 3), I thought I'd try and make something special for them.
On Easter Sunday, while the hubby was at work & chub chub was still asleep, I set up a small easter hunt for the girls. I had little bags, easter eggs, masks, and little prizes. When they came round; they were so surprised and even included Harry in it (once he was awake).

I was so happy I put smiles on their faces before they had a long journey home.
It was such a beautiful Easter, and I can't wait to update you all on what we get up to in the summer :).
